We are a 10 minute walk from downtown Bemus, in a family friendly neighborhood that is a mix of full time and vacation residents. The vibe here is one of a small summer vacation town. There are things to do, but not so much busy-ness that you can't let your family explore. Our area has lots of long-walkers and dog-walkers and cyclists, as the streets are seldom busy with cars. Our lakefront is in the 5 mph zone, so boat traffic is slow and waves calm. The Chautauqua Lake bridge is handy for dodging a summer rainstorm when boating too!

Married, singing and guitar playing empty-nester. We travel with road or tandem bicycles in tow to exercise and get to know an area. Beer:IPA. Music: Broken Bells, Dire Straits, Chris Rice, Mercy Me. Lake: Always want to be near one.
