The shared pool is approximately 150 metres from the villa with a sea view.

Our property is a nicely decorated 3 bedroom with ensuite bathrooms, a hall, dining and a full fledged kitchen. Entire villa is air conditioned with 4 split A/Cs. It is a villa inside a gated community. There is a sit out in groud floor and a patio in first floor. It is a Seaview villa. There is a covered car park and facility for parking more cars, free of charge. Swimming pool is shared and is open from 6 am to 10 pm.
