Make this private beach your oasis! Located in the sought after community of Deanlea Beach in Tiny Beaches where the private beach is 30 seconds from the doorstep. Wake up and sip coffee to the sounds of Georgian Bay, spend your day at the sandy beach or walking the majestic trails through the forest, and finish your day with the amazing sunset or a bonfire. Located just 90 minutes from Toronto this cottage has everything you need to make lasting memories!

The space
Our cottage is a 3 bedroom open concept design. The nautical themed living room is the heart of the house. Snuggle in on the comfortable sectional sofa to watch a movie with the family, or sit back with your feet up in the newly upholstered chairs while reading your favourite book. As we are a family with young children, we also have toys for your young family members to enjoy!

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining room so whether you are sitting at the table, or cooking a meal, everyone can laugh and enjoy each others company. The kitchen and living room both look out onto the patio and yard so you can always keep a close eye on the young one's playing outside.

Outdoors is where the magic happens at Duke's Beach House. Nestled in the pine trees with the sandy beach literally next door you fill find yourself spending most of your time out here. The patio is where the bbq is located and where most of our time is spent. The patio table comfortably seats 6-8 people but there's lots of space for more seating. Take advantage of the tree shade when the sun is really hot to kick a ball, play catch, or play a game of bocce. If basketball is your game we have a basketball net in the driveway.

The early morning and evening is where Deanlea shines the brightest. One of our favourite things is to grab a coffee and take a family walk early in the morning on the beach to the Bluewater Dunes. Our kids love exploring the boardwalk at the Dunes and then taking the forest trails back to the cottage. In the evening we replace our beverage for a little wine and go experience one of the best sunsets you will find anywhere!

Set on the shores of Georgian Bay, Deanlea Beach is a special community. With almost a kilometre of private beach for Deanlea residents and guests this spectacular community is nestled in the pine trees of Tiny, Ontario and it offers something for everyone. Whether your interest is enjoying the impeccable beach, or exploring the immaculate forest trails of the region this location is can't miss!

Our cottage is located 15 minutes from the main strip of Wasaga Beach and 15 minutes to downtown Midland where there's a good "indie" food scene and numerous day trips for adults or the entire family.

We are a couple of folks who were fortunate to grow up in cottage country and experience nature in it’s most beautiful form.
