Amazing sunset view on new deck in spacious lakefront 2 bed 2 bath condo within a stones throw of Docknockers Bar & Grill. The location is amazing; within 10 minutes you can be at a grocery store, restaurants (& shopping & ropes course for the kids) on the strip, Shady Gators, golf courses, you name it!

The condo offers amazing sunset view in the evening on the deck or drink your morning coffee with a main channel view watching the big boats cruise by

The space
The master bedrooms offers a queen bed, private bath, and sliding patio door to the deck (unbeatable lake view from the room). Second bedroom has a queen bed as well and this is technically a lockout unit, so this room is setup like a hotel suite with its own entrance (but I’m currently renting the condo as one entire unit). The living room has a sleeper sofa, and I provide a quality queen air mattress with pillows and sheets as well. Full size kitchen with full range and refrigerator, coffee bar, and kitchen essentials. Actual full size washer and dryer in the mud room. Pool is right off the lake with an unbeatable main channel view. Finally my personal favorite is the brand new deck with patio table and chairs overlooking main channel to the North or the long cove view to the South. Listed for 8 guests, but please note after 6 guest there is a $35 per night per guest over 6 people due to a fee charged by the condo HOA to me.

Docknockers Bar & Grill is awesome place to enjoy a beverage or grab a bite to eat. Note they ARE very kid friendly with cornhole and other games to keep the rascals busy. Great little dog park less than two miles away. And blacktop to the door, and both HH & Cherokee are freshly paved. Within 10-20 minutes (depending on traffic) you can be anywhere from multiple golf courses, Parasailing, mini golf, go carts, Bagnell Dam historic Strip, and some of the best land & lakefront bars/grills (many have awesome pools).
