The space
We have a spare house in a residential area located in Bacoor Cavite. it's a small room that has it's own bathroom and kitchen. it's regularly being cleaned and sanitized.

No one's using the house so i thought of posting it here to help travelers for their lodging in a cheap price.

it's an open neighborhood. (not gated) pets are allowed there are malls, markets nearby, walkable to public transport to malls, etc. Leaving the neighborhood via jeepney, you will find main petrol stations, car wash, banks, McDonald's, groceries (Shopwise and Puregold) and SM Bacoor.

!!! JUST A HEADS UP !!! For the first impression, the neighborhood is sketchy because you'll be passing along the public market, schools (wherein peak times, people are busy and everywhere) and few homes of economically-challenged people but I guarantee you 100% safe and the warmth of people are authentic. My reviews can vouch for everything. If you aren't ready to embrace the other side of real Filipino culture, our listing may not be for you. No parking available in the area, though we had previous guests with cars who parked by the street at their own risk.

You can always ride a taxi or use the grab app if you like to experience public transportation you can ride jeepneys and buses, it's 20 minutes away from manila Jeepneys are always available 24/7. Buses and vans are available from Alabang-Zapote road and Cavite. Grab is also reliable and convenient. Just pin our location "Talaba 6, Brgy hall, or Talaba 6, Basketball court "

P.S
We're about to renovate and put an aircon soon. we took off the ceiling first so it's really hot especially on the afternoon right now, I'm still busy at the moment so the renovating stopped for a while. the house is still okay though, and if you're okay with this, please continue with the booking.
