Excellent 2 bedroom villa with private pool. The villa has two large bedrooms with private bathroom each. One of the rooms overlooks the Arade River and the sea. Equipped kitchen. The large living room has seating area with fireplace and dining area, both overlooking the river and sea. Balcony overlooking the private pool. The village has an apartment under the house, which is my residence. I do not use the common parts of the villa when they are guests.In the pool area there is the barbecue area.
