The space
We are a new Airbnb Located on the West Bay of Lake Nippissing is your quiet peaceful oasis. Mainly surrounded By bush and trees provides the ultimate privacy for family vacations. Overlooking the lake with your morning coffee or finishing the day off sitting on the deck having dinner, peace and quiet is only interrupted by the sounds of the loons on the lake.

Full kitchen, BBQ, dishes, appliances etc.

Outside - 80' dock over the lake for your enjoyment, kayak, bon fire pit

The lake is one of Ontario’s finest lakes for fishing swimming and boating.

Our cottage is in a quiet area so strict no party’s , loud music after 10pm and please respect the very few neighbors

Our quiet cottage setting is a peaceful unique area away from the bustle and noise of the city. Located 15 minute drive from the small village of Lavigne (pizza is the best) , 25min from Noelville (best fry truck in the area, and 40min drive from French River Provincal Park, 10 minutes from Mashkinonje Provincial Park.
