Fresh & clean adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath Beach House - Sleeps 4. 2 blocks to ocean front Shoreline Park with safe children's playground. 1 block away are steps down to the beach & sometimes you hear waves crash. It's close to the several other beaches, restaurants and shopping, and State St. is just 3 miles away. The living room has a TV, gas fire place, and French doors open to a brick patio and fire pit table. Hot tub, BBQ, teak dining table by fountain, and private back yard. AC, and W/D

The space
The house is freshly painted and nicely appointed with new comfortable furniture and beds, and fresh new linens. Covid protections are in place. The indoor-outdoor design of the house is delightful. There is a large shade tree in the lovely back yard, and fruit trees. Enjoy morning coffee or wine in the evening in the 4 person Hot tub. You have a distant view of the ocean from seating area in front of the house. Local fish market by the harbor is about a mile away, and within walking or biking distance. The beach below shoreline park is not crowded, and easy to get to and you can walk for miles. Shoreline Cafe is about a 15 minute walk. You can eat at tables with your feet in the sand, or sit in their shaded open air patio. The Funk Zone for wine tasting, and bike rentals are close by. You can even rent e-bikes. The neighborhood is very cute, safe and very quiet at night. There is a Port-a-Crib, and sofa bed. Washer & Dryer in the attached garage.
