Southampton Beach House is ideally located to take advantage of everything the area has to offer. Blocks to the beach, one block to High St (Southampton's Main St) and all of the great shops and restaurants.

I purchased this 100+ year old house in Southampton in February 2021. From top to bottom the house was renovated and is basically brand new with all new furnishings.

The space
New for Summer 2022 - the upstairs bathroom has undergone a complete renovation. We removed the clawfoot tub and put in a fully tiled, enclosed shower. Although the clawfoot tub looked really nice it was difficult to shower in given the sloped ceiling.

Specious five bedroom home located only a couple of blocks from High St and the waterfront. Newly renovated space that will allow a larger group to relax and be together under one roof.

During the summer, two large outdoor spaces have been set up to enjoy the warm, starry nights. To the side of the house is a large fenced in area with a fire pit. Off the back of the house (and kitchen) is a large seating area with lounge chairs a bbq and dining table.
