Three Mermaid’s Cove is located on the desirable Mermaid Avenue in Pacific Grove. This modern Penthouse provides views of the ocean and is just steps away from Ocean View Boulevard’s majestic ocean front. Take a walk down to the end of the street to Lover's Point Beach or take a stroll a few blocks up to town and enjoy a multitude of wonderful restaurants, great coffee, and PG’s quaint neighborhood. Experience PG like a local! Only a short distance to the Aquarium, Monterey, and Carmel.

The space
Three Mermaid's Cove is a stylish Penthouse in a Triplex. Upon entering the common area shared with the downstairs unit there are 15 steps leading to the entry of the Penthouse. Upon entry, you are greeted with floor to ceiling windows with peaks of the bay. Enjoy the view from the living room, gourmet kitchen, and balcony. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal or take in the morning sunshine with a cup of tea while listening to the symphony of the bay.
There are two master suites. One suite offers a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. Both suites have beautifully tiled bathrooms, one with a stall shower and the other with shower over tub. There is extra sleeping by way of a trundle bed with two twins.
The kitchen is fully equipped and updated. The home’s open floor plan gives a chef the ability to prepare a great meal while entertaining. Featuring an electric stove with oven, built-in microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and marble countertops.
The floor coverings are hardwood throughout the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and tile in the bathrooms.

A washer and dryer are available in the shared laundry room.
The home is heated by a gas wall heater and electric wall heaters in the bedrooms.
Please note, there are several steps from the entry to the upstairs living area.

There is parking for one car. Parking on Mermaid Avenue is a challenge. One car will fit directly in front of the entrance door and must be within the yellow line.

“Mermaid Crossing” is located on Mermaid Ave. the premier destination for those who want easy (walking or biking) access to all the conveniences and attractions but would rather enjoy the quiet serenity this zone provides. At Mermaid Crossing, you can park the car and forget about it. Walk out the front door and take 70 steps until your toes touch the water at famous Lover’s Point, a calm swimming beach during the summer that boasts great surfing during the winter months. Take in the jaw-dropping views of the entire Monterey Bay as you stroll along the Monterey Recreation trail to the front doors of the world renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium.
Great dining options abound the closest being the historic Beach House at Lover’s Point which has a full bar (open late) and gourmet seafood. Bringing your clubs? The Pacific Grove Municipal Golf Links is quite literally, in your backyard. Enjoy it’s stellar reputation as one of the “Nation’s Top 50 Gold Courses under $50.00” by Golf Digest. Of course, the world renowned Pebble Beach Golf Course is just a short 15-minute drive away along the historic and stunning 17-mile drive.
