This sunny, spacious, loft-style condo is perfect for your long term stay in Dallas. Located in the heart of Dallas's vibrant Oak Lawn neighborhood, this apartment is close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport but is nestled on a quiet, safe, sunny side street. While here, enjoy a sunny courtyard, swimming pool, and your own designated parking space. 5 minutes from a grocery store, 1 block from restaurants, and within easy access of whereever you're heading in DFW.

The space
This is a two level, loft style apartment with a spacious bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The first floor has a comfortable sofa, TV, dining area / workspace, and a well appointed kitchen. I really like this place because both levels get a ton of natural light, the neighbors are quiet yet friendly, and there are nice TVs on both levels of the house. The WIFI also works great.

I’m sometimes out of town but, even then, I’m accessible to help via the Airbnb app or via phone. This apartment is in a small, fairly tight knit community so the neighbors, who are very respectful, may introduce themselves if they see you in the courtyard.
