A cosy, light and airy cottage full of character.
Nestled in the tree tops above the river Teifi, the peaceful location offer guests an opportunity to relax and unwind.
Launched in 2021, the space is semi-detached and self-contained with a private enclosed patio, and with views along the Teifi valley to Cilgerran Castle.
A woodland/river footpath leads from the cottage, perfect for a morning walk with your four legged friend. Two well behaved dogs allowed.

The space
Launched in 2021 the cottage has been completely renovated offering a comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated place for you to relax after a day exploring our wonderful coastline or to simply relax with your feet up in front of the log burner.

The cottage is a set back off a minor road along a short path to where you'll see it sitting above the treetops.
It has it's own self contained patio area with seating and a bbq area, perfect for those summer evenings.

The entrance through the porch offers a seating area which has great views along the valley and the perfect birdwatching spot.
The open plan kitchen diner has plenty of room for meal prep and with all mod con's it should be a home from home.
There's a kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cooking essentials are provided. We shall also provide a few essentials to help you settle in, tea, coffee, milk and bread etc

The lounge area has a wonderful log burner to keep you toasty warm, and patio doors extending out into the patio area. The lounge has a smart tv and plenty of board games to keep yourselves entertained. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, making it cosy in the winter months.

There a two double bedrooms both with great views along the valley, both bedrooms have a smart tv. The bathroom has a shower bath, heated towel rail and velux window perfect for stargazing from the bath!

You will find plenty of maps and info to help plan your stay or you may just wish to enjoy the peace and quiet and cwtch up in front of the log burner.

Two well behaved dogs are more than welcome, we will provide a little hamper for them with a blanket, water bowl, a few treats and a guide to some great dog walks.

The cottage is in a great location for exploring the welsh countryside, and stunning coastline.

Only 3 miles from the pretty town of Cardigan with fabulous amenities, restaurants, takeaways and shops, the amazing riverside pizza Tipi is a must!

The cottage is only approx 5 miles for the nearest beach, and with a selection of beautiful beaches all a short drive away you'll be spoilt for choice, Poppit Sands, Aberporth, Mwnt, Tresaith and Penbryn to name just a few.

A footpath leads from outside the property through woodland, along the river Teifi and into the village, a great walk to pick up your morning coffee and paper! This is one of numerous walks accessible from the cottage.
The welsh wildlife centre is within walking distance, a great selection of walks and options to go canoeing or kayaking too! They have a great café for a coffee and bite to eat after working up an appetite.

Carmarthen and the Victorian seaside town of Aberystwyth are a 45min drive away, we are easy driving distance away from the Preseli and Cambrian mountains. Just under 2 hours from Snowdonia National park if you fancied a day trip from here.

We are surrounded by fantastic wildlife, from a huge variety of birds to bottlenose dolphins and seals , which are regularly seen from Mwnt beach or from a boat trip in Cardigan or Newquay.

The village has 2 pubs one of which serves food, a great village shop with a variety of fresh produce and general necessities, and a café all within walking distance.

Cardigan has the nearest supermarket.
