The space
An ideal apartment in a very safe area of the city is available for short term rentals. There are 1 queen size bed in first bedroom and & 2 single beds in second bedroom sofabed for 2 persons (160x200 cm) and a pullout bed for 2 more persons and one shakedown on ground in the living hall. The kitchen has all equipments.
The large (20sqm) living hall is tastefully furnished. You will have wireless fiber internet connection (21 mphs unlimited fiber).
Full kitchen ware such as kettle, coffee maker, oven etc. Other facilities include a iron and hot water.

Great location: heart of the downtown and walking distance to all historical places in center (Kars Castle is 10 min to walk. Old cathedral is 5 mins to walk etc.).
Major supermarkets as Migros, Şok, BİM, A101 are just 10 min with walking. Very safe apartment with 24 hour working security system and nice neighbors and very quiet environment. This is the most quiet and cleanest apartment you can find in a central location.

This flat is most suitable especially for those who don't want to or can't climb up tiring high hilly roads to reach the main streets and/or main transportation facilities as contrary to most accomodation alternatives, it is located at the most central one of the rare non hilly district of the city.

Masalpark is central park of Kars city. Its just next of the apartment. These park is legacy of old Russian Empire and in park there are cafes and sports places.

Cheese museum (will be opened soon) is 5 min walking to the house. Kars is not only famous with history and skiing but also famous with many kind of traditional cheeses.

Kars Castle, it is 17th century Ottoman Empire defense architecture.

Kars Valley is another civil park includes Kars museum, cafes and traditional restaurants.
