This house is right on South Shore Park with views of Lake Michigan. Just a 3 minute walk to South Shore Beach and the Oak Leaf Trail, and just a 6 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee. This two story treetop loft has a large 400 sqft upper level deck overlooking the park and the lake with a 4' natural gas fire bowl and outdoor entertaining space. Also features indoor bioethanol fireplace and full bar with a wine-chiller. The perfect place to kick back and relax with friends!

This house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors we do not allow any loud music/outdoor speakers, or drinking games on the balcony. Please help us be good neighbors!

High styling meets modern amenities with Memory-Foam mattresses, toilets with heated seats and bidets, Reverse Osmosis drinking water system, Nespresso coffee maker, and two separate natural gas and bioethanol fireplaces, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor.

This unit occupies the upper two levels of a spacious historic home built in 1895 with gorgeous architectural features and high ceilings, The lower level has a gorgeous living room with giant picture window overlooking park and bioethanol suspended fireplace, full bar with wine chiller, grand outdoor deck overlooking South Shore Park with views of Lake Michigan with 4' natural gas fire bowl and outdoor seating, dining room, 1 huge bedroom, kitchen, and full bathroom. The upper level is fully furnished and features giant skylights and three treetop level bedrooms each with their own giant balcony-skylights, and the 2nd bathroom. Laundry is in-unit in the main floor bathroom featuring brand new commercial quality washer and dryer.

We do allow pets for a $50 pet fee. You must disclose that you are bringing a pet upon booking. If you have a well-behaved, non-damaging, non-shedding pet we will waive this fee for you after disclosure.

Enjoy the South Shore Farmer's Market right across the street in the park on Saturdays from 8am-12pm starting June 18 through October 29 2022.

On Saturdays from late June until mid-October there is a weekly farmer's market directly across the street in South Shore Park with fresh organic goods and produce.

Bay View is a hip and eclectic neighborhood popular with families and young professionals. Home to one of the city’s most popular bar districts, it’s also a hotbed of local art and creativity with gallery nights, a thriving farmers market which is just 100' from our front door and one of the city's most beloved weekly concert series in Humboldt Park during the spring and summer. You'll find plenty of opportunities to get outdoors on lakefront trails or at beer gardens in neighborhood parks.
