This a cozy wooden house located on the edge of nature reserve in South Estonia. Amazing forests all around! The house has been renovated by ourselves, has a terrace, private garden area and a sauna. Bedroom is in the attic and downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, livingroom with fireplace, TV and a sofabed. Theres a modern sauna, shower room and toilet. This property and the garden area surrounding the house is for your private use. There is another house on the property that we rarely use.

The space
1 sauna session is included in your booking! if you wish to use the sauna more then once during your stay please leave a donation.

There’s a small fridge, washing machine, induction stove, oven, kettle, toaster, pot and pan, plates, bowls, cutlery, knives, strainer, mugs, glasses etc. It’s a small space but has all you need to cook up a feast, there also a foldable kitchen table that seats up to 5. Basic spices, tea, coffee, washing powder, dishwashing liquid and soap also there for your use.

There’s a nice fireplace that you’re welcome to use. There’s enough seating space for 5 people, comfortable sofabed that opens easily and fits 2 people to sleep. Extra fleece blankets for extra cozyness also available.
Theres a TV with only few local channels but there is a DVD player with array of DVDs for rainy days. Lots of books to read and some board games.

Queen bed with a great mattress and if you need more separate sleeping places there are proper thick mattresses (2 single ones) also, but let us know beforehand of your sleeping arrangements. Hammock for chilling and clothes rack for your clothes. The best thing here is a spotting scope - For bird and animal watching from your bed. Window overlooks a grassland that gets visited by roedeer, fox, rabbits, wild boar, badgers etc.

A separate toilet with sink, mirror and storage cupboard. Next to it is a big shower room with a bench for cooling off after sauna. Sauna comfortably fits 4 people at the time. The heater is good quality Estonian company HUUM, it’s easy to use.You can also run outside from sauna onto the terrace, jump in the snow in winter or just sip a cold beer on the terrace seats.

I'm an Estonian girl and he is an Icelandic/Austrlian guy. We're currently living in Estonia but previously lived in Australia and New Zealand. We've got quite a lot of travel experience and stays from backpackers to beach bungalows, from the worst kind to the best experiences, we've seen our share of it. Now finally back home, we've got our own little paradise in South Estonia and would like to share it with some other travelers. We like to spend warm summer days outside at the country place, having a BBQ with friends or family. We also like renovating, designing, arts and most of all travelling. We spent last 5 years renovating the saunahouse ourselves with help of family and friends. In the meantime we rented out the old mainhouse to tourists, you can read the reviews from that page. But finally little sauna house (you can find us with that name on istagram also) is ready and looking forward to guests!
