The space
The apartment "Oak" has been thoroughly renovated in recent months with a lot of effort and a lot of love for detail. From the former farmhouse room with stables, a luxury apartment has been created on two floors. The combination of sustainable, ecological building materials from the environment (wood, slate, stoneware, crystals) was combined with high-quality, contemporary standards and design. The bedroom with king-size bed, a custom-made solid oak wood, captivates with its view beyond the balcony with the classic "Sauerlandfenster" into the land of the 1000 mountains. The large living room with open kitchen and large living room – dining area, reading corner with massage – relaxation chair and access to an outdoor terrace with separate seating area - to enjoy breakfast directly with a view of the valley - the mixture of originality with exposure of the old city walls and cosiness through the restoration of the old oak beams combined with a modern kitchen furnishings leaves nothing to be desired. From the living area with a large Chesterfieldsofa (sleep function), armchair, oak relief, and pellet stove you can also access the large covered balcony, also with seating for four.

The special highlight of the apartment "Oak" is the huge spa on the ground floor with access to the XXL – sun terrace (additional guest toilet on the upper floor). Underfloor heating, rain shower, old oak table – potions, WC and BD and a relaxation lounger with glass door to the sun terrace with lounge furniture: here you can relax with a wonderful view of the valley.
