The finca in Son Prohens offers pure relaxation! It is nestled in rolling hills with views of the mountain San Salvador, a house in nature, but also not too secluded. The space
The inca is surrounded by a large old trees, a spreading palm tree invites you into the inner courtyard (patio). The patio is surrounded by a rustic wall and lined with exotic plants inside. Stepping through the iron gate, you are in a world of your own, where you immediately feel safe. When you open the front door everything becomes bright. Modernity and clarity combine with the original and create a soothing atmosphere. The entrance area is open, spacious and welcomes you with a plant bed that emphasizes the unique character of the house. The room layout has been completely redesigned; the floor has been hand spackled, sanded and whitewashed. Everything is flooded with light, as sunlight filters into the house through a frosted glass panel set into the roof. The bright dining area offers fantastic views over the hilly landscape to the monastery mountain San Salvador. The large living area has an open fireplace and generous windows: A curved staircase with brick banisters leads to the upper floor with the bedrooms and a roof terrace. The three individually designed bedrooms are bright oases of well-being. All are equipped with high-quality double beds in Öko Tex standard. The mattresses are built in layers of wool, latex, cocunut, cotton-silk and are handmade in a small village near Barcelona. The frames and headboards are covered with natural linen or made of bamboo.
All bedrooms have new air conditioners. The bathrooms have been given a modern design and are accessible through rustic sliding doors. High-quality sinks with corresponding faucets are set into brick vanities. Also high quality and beautifully designed toilets, showers and a bathtub characterize the layout of the bathrooms. The kitchen was also masoned the emphasize the Mediterranean design. The woodwork is handcrafted from high quality teak by a long-established Mallorcan family of carpenters. The stove and refrigerator are from SMEG, and a dishwasher is built in.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.
Furniture, decoration crockery and cutlery are selected with great attention to design and quality from well-known, small companies from Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Holland and Spain.
The finca offers high speed internet connection, internet TV and satellite reception for international TV programs.

The roof terrace is the perfect place for evenings together and sunsets. A covered terrace is accessible from the dining area, from which a wooden staircase leads to a sun deck. Set into the sundeck is a luxurious swim spa with a heated swimming pool and a Jacuzzi pool that offers massage and aroma jets, as well as an audio system.
