It features a large open concept layout complete with chef's kitchen, pool table, surround sound theatre, large private deck & dock, lakeside hot tub, fire pit, double car garage and more. Situated just feet from the lakeside and offers panoramic views of Lake Nipissing. The lakeside dock offers total privacy with no neighbors to been seen in either direction. Truly a piece of Northern Ontario paradise!
