Welcome to our self-contained apartment near the heart of Masterton. With a courtyard, separate entrance and access to a spa and Summer pool, you can simply relax or walk to bars, restaurants or Golden Shears. In less than an hour's drive you can enjoy the diverse delights of Wairarapa from Mt Bruce, to the beaches to the vineyards of Martinborough. Ideally this suits a couple but a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed in the lounge is available too (bathroom is off the main bedroom).

The space
A spacious fully-equipped and generous-sized kitchen and dining area complements a cosy lounge area with sofas facing each other for relaxing chats or reading and another TV-watching or desk area for working.

The ensuite bathroom/laundry is accessed through the main bedroom.

The red couch pulls out into a comfortable double bed, turning the lounge area into a second bedroom. It is always set up ahead of your stay if you've booked for more than 2 people.

The outside spa is accessed from your private courtyard and is available on request, preferably at the time you book.

The home and property sits on a 1 acre corner section and is only 800m to the Masterton township. It is in the older genteel side of Masterton with established trees and wide streets and is generally a quiet family-oriented neighbourhood.
