The studio is the complete top floor of our house, full privacy.
Part of the stairs, hallway and frontdoor is shared. The studio has 3 separate rooms: the bathroom with rainshower, toilet, sink; the kitchen/livingroom with kitchen and a comfy couch plus TV on the mezzanine; the bedroom/study with a desk and a bed on a mezzanine. There is lots of natural light in the kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen is brandnew, with a cappuccinomachine, an electric ketle, an oven, induction hobs and more.

The space
The facade is south oriented, so lots of light during the day.
There are a lot of windows.
The rooms are located under the roof, but have high ceilings and the 2 main rooms have a mezzanine, which makes the rooms very spacious.
There is a curtain to block the light on the sleep mezzanine, not very well visible on the pictures.

The kitchen is fully equiped, there is a duvet in the bedroom and lots of pillows.
I offer clean towels and sheets.
In my private area I have a washer and dryer. If needed we can make an arrangement for the use.

We combined some of the original elements from the old house with more modern renovations.
The total is about 80m2.

We live in a nice quiet neighbourhood. There is a park by the water, 2minutes walkingdistance. There is also a nature reserve 10minutes walking away, where you can go for a run or just enjoy nature. We live close to the water so nice scenery's all around. (I can give some good tips for nice jogging routes!)
Public transport is very acessible from our house and can bring you to the station, the citycenter or where ever. The highway is also easy acces, E17,E40 and R4.
Shops of all sorts, gasstations, nightshops, supermarkets are at walkingdistance.
From our house you can walk to the citycenter, a nice route that follows the water. 15minutes walk.
