If you would like to go for a relaxing get-away with your family (or friends), away from noise and work, this is the place to be! Experience Alexandria -Abu Talat in a new way, stay in a beautiful charming private villa with your very own pool (depth 1.60 - 2.50), and a lovely 300 m2 garden with barbecue.
The villa is only 4 minutes walking distance from the beach. Some days we do except DAY-USE.

The space
The villa can house 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor, each with an new air conditioner. All the bedrooms on the first floor are accompanied with their very own toilet and shower.

The kitchen is fully available and comes with all the desired equipment, includes a fridge, a gas cooker with oven combi.

There is a big dining table, a living/reception with a TV screen.

The outside of the villa is Egyptian style and inside European style. The villa is decorated with nice paintings.

The small secured compound has 2 villa’s and 2 private pools. The villa with private pool is available for our guests.

There is a small library with books for kids, such as Diary of the Wimpy kids, Hunger games, Ender games and so on.

You ‘ll have the villa for your own.

Surroundings:
Carrefour Borg el Arab is on 9 km away, and Alexandria city center is around 25 minutes by car.
Airport Borg el Arab (HBE) is 25 minutes by car.
The public local beach is on 4 minutes walking distance.

A nice outing for children is Afrika Safari Park on the Alexandria desert road. Or Aqua park, also on the desert road.
