This is a authentic custom built farm house finished in 2020. Fully furnished boasting a huge bar made from brazilian marble,The house features real barn wood taken and reused of the family farm. The kitchen has everything you would need including a dishwasher. This home is fully ADA accessible with 36 inch doors and 0 steps .Pull up parking for wheelchair unloading and 42 inch shower opening for wheel chairs.The home also has full laundry inside. Aswell as a big picture window.

The space
The home has an outdoor patio with party lights and a grill we keep the pronane tank full,and charcoal can be given upon request. This is a place where you can relax and just enjoy those Kansas sunsets. The fire flies come out to visit out back during the summer. If you have a big stock trailer or construction trailer we can accomodate you with our 60 x 35 foot parking. On the side of the home you can fit three full size stock trailers . This home is made to look rustic and homemade but is home to the nicest amenities. If your hunting around we also have gun safes installed in the wall available during your stay, to keep your stuff safe. A small cafe' table is provided for dining, however the bar holds 7 people. Motorcycle parking up front and poured concrete. When it comes to work and play little was missed in thought. We stock the bathroom fresh towels and the beds extra sheets and bed spreads available for the pull out upon request. WIFI is available for free. There should be no smoking inside due to the fact that the barn wood cannot be unsmoked, if you need to smoke please do it outside.

Our neighbors keep to them self and are fairly quiet .You may hear some animals but other than that you will be unbothered by the neighbors. This location is the perfect mix of country and city. The chickens might wander over to pay you a visit if your on the back patio.
