STUNNING LAKE HARMONY MT HOUSE! Custom built home located on the 18th hole in prestigious Split Rock Golf Course! Beautiful screened in porch for entertaining. Indoor fireplace, fire pit, game room, brand new four-season hot tub and fully equipped kitchen. MINUTES TO TWO SKI AREAS & LAKE OR GOLF OUT YOUR BACK DOOR. Volleyball, basketball, tennis, badminton, racquetball, movie theater, bowling, water sports, lakefront, massage, waterparks, casinos and more!

The space
Soak in our brand new four-season outdoor jacuzzi hot tub! Dining room w/wood floors, kitchen w/granite counters & stainless. Washer/dryer available. 1st floor master bedroom w/master bath and 2nd bedroom w/shared bath completed the 1st floor. 2nd level offers spacious loft w/overlook to great room and 2 more bedrooms and bath complete the 2nd level. 8 total beds sleeps 14. Game room with a pool table, basketball and foosball. Tesla charger available for fast charging!

Primary renter needs to be 21 and older. Guests agree to liability wavier and house rules upon booking.

You understand that the use of hot tub, fire pit and game room is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of aforementioned equipment and amenities and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that hot tub, fire pit and game room may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person who has health risks, or if a person uses the aforementioned equipment and amenities while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You understand there is no furniture corner protection and outlet covers, interior & exterior stair rails has gap larger than 6”. You agree to carefully supervise children and be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from accessing the aforementioned equipment. All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
