Nestled on The St. John River, The Little House is the perfect destination. We have 80ft of waterfront. Also only13minutes to Downtown Freddie, the birth place of Harvest Jazz & Blues Festival happens every fall. Lots of wildlife on land and the River. An absolute breathing space! Only 45 min to Crabbe Mountain. Snowmobile trails very close by as well! Bring a fishing rod and you may catch something from these stunning tidal waters. Perfect in every season! No smoking. No pets.

The space
Come and relax! The Master has a Queen bed overlooking The River. There is a perfectly placed single bed in the sitting room also overlooking The River. A Futon couch that folds down into a double in the living room and a single in The Blue Room. We provide Spring water for drinking as the water here is high in Iron. The tap water is Perfectly fine for bathing and cooking. We have a fire pit and BBQ as well. Take the stairs down to the river for a swim or a boat. So much to do and see!
Please no smoking in the house. My family and i reserve the right to go the river for personal boating. I will send a message before we come. No pets.

River access with 80ft of frontage. Quiet Neighborhood with walking trail only a minute from the house. There is a fire pit if you want to bring wood. Please abide burn status.
