Self contained, one bedroom cottage at the bottom of a park-like garden. Quiet and spacious. Separate from main house. Super friendly Shih tzu dog. 10 minute walk to city centre, supermarkets or parks. Hop in your car and you have Sunday markets, cycle tracks, Te Mata Peak, beaches, wineries, Art Deco and more. Hosts are happy to share their local knowledge. We are new to hosting but will endeavour to make your stay an enjoyable one"

During your stay

We live in the main house on the property. We are in and out due to work commitments but usually at home in the evenings. Otherwise I am only a phone call away if you have any concerns.
