As one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods, you might feel like you’ve stepped back in time while walking through Shaw. Boasting architectural styles from the late 1800s and early 1900s, the distinctive charm of this Saint Louis neighborhood combined with a strong sense of community and modern amenities attracts renters each year. Great for all renters, Shaw has affordable to upscale rentals available for rent.

Missouri Botanical Garden, the Compton Hill Reservoir Park, and Tower Grove Park surround Shaw, giving it walkable, park-like locale. Along with scenic trails and sports facilities, these gorgeous green spaces are also home to museums and historical landmarks. Although locals love all these spaces, Tower Grove Park is the most popular spot for special events such as free jazz concerts, Food Truck Fridays, farmers markets, and festivals like the Festival of Nations, the region’s biggest international celebration.
