Charming 1950s bungalow situated on a quiet residential street. This fully renovated and pet friendly property is walking distance to historic downtown Lacombe, to Burman University and to Cranna Lake with its skating rinks and walking trails. Red Deer is a 15 minute drive away, Gull Lake is 10 minutes, Sylvan Lake is 25 minutes. Main floor has a king bedroom, queen bedroom, full bathroom with an antique style clawfoot bathtub, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen.
