It is located inside the gated community of Tamarindo Preserve. This beautiful neighborhood of luxury houses is 1 block away from the ocean. It's located near Tamarindo point and has easy access to both Tamarindo and Langosta Beach.

The space
Completed in 2020, this newly constructed house with a private pool and expansive terrace has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The main area consists of a large living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, this area opens up to the beautiful modern pool, and right next to it the outside barbecue/patio.

The master bedroom with its king-size bed and office area provides views out to the pool and gorgeous garden. Set away from the other bedrooms, this provides a great retreat for mom and dad.

Enjoy cooking your fresh catch inside or outside by the BBQ area. With plenty of counter space and entertainment, the best restaurant in Tamarindo might just be what you cook up in this unbelievable home. Speaking of the outside, the pool and patio area will make it hard to want to leave the house. The pool offers a shallow deck area to relax while staying cool and then when you are thirsty, you can head over to the swim-up bar to enjoy your favorite cocktail.

Two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are great options for kids or friends. And the last room has 2 bunk beds. The entire house has excellent wifi coverage and plenty of space to gather or retreat to a private spot to enjoy the novel you've been waiting to read.

Sink into the smooth white sands of Playa Langosta and let the sparkling waters of Tamarindo Bay swirl around your ankles. The quiet, secluded shoreline is just a short walk from your door, so you can begin and end your days by the water. Located a mile from Tamarindo, this private home boasts the benefits of privacy and security while remaining in touch with the lively town’s pulse.

A three-minute walk down the road is Playa Langosta - a beautiful white sand beach and lots of trees. You will have 2 private beach gates just a short walk away that gives you access to Langosta beach and Tamarindo beach. All bedrooms open up to the pool/deck, which gives the home a spacious feel. This beachside community has 24/7 security and is very close to the surf. Definitely a top location and is perfect for getaways and families.

The center of Tamarindo is less than 1 mile away. A leisurely walk down Tamarindo’s famous beach will get you there in 15 minutes. There you’ll find restaurants, nightlife, shopping and great surfing at Playa Tamarindo. In the opposite direction from town is Langosta beach. Cross the Playa Langosta estuary and you will find miles of pristine beaches.

Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations.
It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.

The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles.

There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Our staff is amazing and you will meet many of them on your holiday or working with us on your amazing vacation property here in paradise. We provide our staff interest free loans, time off for education classes and opportunities for growth within the company.

Tropical Vacations / RPM is involved in the community as well. We pay the water bills and help maintain the community children’s park and soccer field. We support the surfrider foundation to help keep our beautiful beaches clean and free from trash. We are heavily involved in the local bi-ligual school La Paz and Amigos de Educacion who offer and provide scholarships to the local families in our community.
