You are welcome to enjoy our spacious modern self contained studio attached to the rear of our family home. A modern, clean 1 bedroom studio with its own lounge, kitchen and bathroom / shower and toilet with a shared outdoor deck area adjacent to the rear garden. Unit is attached to owners home but is private and separate for you to have a quiet and enjoyable stay.
Located 5 minutes from PN Airport, 5 minutes from PN Hospital (Midcentral DHB) and a ten minute drive to Feilding or to PN CBD.

Spacious modern bedroom and living area overlooking a deck and garden at rear of owners property.
Our listing shows that it is most suitable for a person or couple. If a parent or parents of a baby (under 2 years old) wish to stay we can accommodate for that at no extra cost. Prefer you bring your own cot although we do have a portable cot available if required.
