Welcome to the Flagler Beach House, where you can wake up to a stunning sunrise each morning and let the waves lull you to sleep at night. This rare, direct oceanfront property is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. You will have plenty of outdoor space and seating to enjoy the beautiful weather and breathtaking views, along with modern furnishings and tasteful decor inside the home.

The space
Flagler Beach House - Unit B (Downstairs): This private downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and sleeps 6. In addition to the tasteful beach decor, we supply most essential items to ensure you have a stress-free relaxing stay with minimal worry. We also provide an assortment of books, DVDs and games for both kids and adults.

Master Bedroom: Two queen beds with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, and a ceiling fan. The closet is stocked with hangers, luggage rack, laundry basket, and a clothes steamer. A sliding glass door with plantation shutters leads to a nice, covered patio area for reading or having a drink while watching the sun go down.

Spare Bedroom: Another queen bed with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen smart TV. This closet is also stocked with hangers, a luggage rack, and spare pillows. Sliding doors and plantation shutters open up to a direct ocean view right from the bed!

Bathroom: Large modern walk-in shower and updated vanity. We supply bath towels, hand towels, wash-clothes, bathmat, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, and make-up wipes. **Please note that beach towels are one of the few things we do NOT provide so plan to bring your own**

Kitchen: Modern kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you could need, including both a Keurig machine and traditional coffee pot with filters supplied. High-quality stainless-steel pot/pans and cooking oil are also provided, as well as dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dish rags, dish towels, and paper towels. There is also a modern kitchen table with 4 stools.

Living room: Large comfortable sofa, along with a recliner, accent chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, large flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. Cable television is included, along with hi-speed internet and a DVD player. Large sliding doors and plantation shutters open up to the private deck with unobstructed ocean views!

Garage: Head down the spiral staircase to the garage where you will find the washer and dryer, along with various cleaning supplies and an iron & ironing board. We also have a ping pong table in the garage for guests to enjoy.

Outdoor Space: Direct oceanfront views from your private covered patio, with plenty of lounge chairs as well as a large dining table with chairs. You also have a large deck for sunbathing and plenty of grass to enjoy. We have a Weber charcoal grill for guests to use and we supply the charcoal. Don't worry about packing beach chairs, boogie boards or sand toys for the little ones, these are provided too! Just head straight down to the sand, enjoy the sun and surf, and rinse off in the freshwater shower we have on the beach deck before heading back up.

Flagler Beach House is the perfect vacation destination. Within 5 miles you can find the historic Flagler Pier, coffee shops, museum, farmer’s market, local brewery and restaurants, wine bar and more. Enjoy strolls along Ocean Shore Blvd. without any high rises to block your view of the beach. Flagler also has live music on Fridays at the park. For the outdoor enthusiast, you will find several nature trails for walking and/or biking. Bring your own or rent kayaks and stand up paddle boards to use right from your very own private beach. If surf fishing is your hobby, we have some of the best on the East coast. This location is also ideal for making day trips to St. Augustine, Daytona and Orlando just to name a few.
