This beautiful apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for your stay.Súper accesible, located in a main street. 3 minutes walk to restaurants,Fast foods,supermarkets and more.Very close to the beach(10 min.drive),Ferries (20min drive) Las croabas(10 min drive), Mall (5min.drive),Restaurants,ect. It has private parking ,washer and dryer,fast wifi,microwave,cofee maker,ect..you can also watch movies in proyector screen outside,chill in hammock, use grill and beach equipment!

Current COVID-19 Restrictions (updated 03 June 2021) — 🚩 The new executive order (EO-2021-043) goes into effect 07 June 2021 and will be in effect through 04 July 2021 🏠 There is no curfew, though most everything is closed from midnight to 5am 😷 Masks are required for everyone indoors in public spaces. Masks are no longer required outdoors for fully vaccinated people. Masks covering mouth & nose are required outdoors for non-vaccinated people. Social distancing is still required. 🏖️ Beaches, pools & bodies of water (rivers, lakes, etc) are permitted to be open from 5am to 12 midnight. Social distance of 10' required between groups on beaches, etc. Alcohol is now permitted on beaches and at pools. 🛒 Stores, businesses & banks may be open from 5am to 12 midnight at 75% capacity. Supermarkets are exempt from limitations. 🍽️ Restaurants are permitted to be open for dining from 5am to 12 midnight. Restaurants can be open 24 hours for take-out and delivery. Indoor restaurants are limited to 75% capacity. Outdoor restaurants may operate at 100% capacity, though must maintain 6' distance between parties. Groups should be 6 people or fewer per table. 🎲 Casinos are permitted to be open from 5am to 12 midnight at 75% occupancy. 🏋 Gyms are permitted to be open from 5am to 12 midnight at 75% capacity. 🍿 Movie theaters are permitted to be open from 5am to 12 midnight at 50% capacity. 🏟️ Coliseums are permitted to be open at 50% capacity. 🍺 Chinchorros, "party buses", bars & clubs are permitted to be open from 5am to 12 midnight. Indoor spaces limited to 50% occupancy. Outdoor spaces can operate at 100% occupancy, while maintaining 6' distance between parties. ⛵ Use of motorized watercraft is permitted. Marinas are permitted to be open. Individual watercraft - kayaks, stand-up paddleboard (SUP), and jet skis - are permitted. It is prohibited to attach boats together ("rafting"). ⛴️ Tourists are permitted on the ferry to both Culebra and Vieques, unless the island mayor says differently. 🚌 AMA buses & Tren Urbano will operate with COVID restrictions 🌳 El Yunque National Forest is open, but reservations are required for entry (available at Recreation.gov) ⚠️ Executive order EO-2021-037, which went into effect 28 May 2021, requires that all domestic travelers arriving in Puerto Rico are required to submit a travel declaration with contact tracing info, and EITHER proof of vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test (molecular-based or antigen). If you are arriving from the States and you are fully vaccinated, you do not need a COVID test. If you are un-vaccinated and do not have negative results when you arrive to PR, you have 48 hours to produce those results. Otherwise you will be fined $300 per person.
