Our gorge gallery room is simply unique in its layout ! Due to its double floor, it offers plenty of space and maximum privacy for all roommates. The view to Grindelwald, the ridge and directly into the glacier gorge are beautiful and very close to nature!

The space
The Gasthaus Gletscherschlucht is located at the eastern foot of the famous Eiger. Behind our house begins the enchanting high alpine landscape with great paths to the most beautiful and very high SAC huts such as Schreckhorn, Bäregg, Ostegg and also the Glecksteinhütte. A great climbing oasis right at your doorstep, at the entrance of the Glacier Gorge. We are a 20-minute walk from the village center. The evening lighting of the village is a beautiful view and in the summer we have one of the most beautiful sunset locations in the valley.

We are a traditional Bernese Oberland chalet and our rooms are freshly renovated, spacious in size, stylish and cozy. 6 rooms are totally rented out, of which 3 rooms for up to 4 people are two double-storey gallery rooms. The atmosphere here is very private and personal.
