The space
Villa is tastefully built in a contemporary style. The Villa is built to cater to private parties. Experience new style of living with Sunken seating and open kitchen. 3 bed rooms having 5 beds are equipped with A/C.

Pool is split with lower height for your kids to play. A surrounding deck around the pool makes it perfect for Pool parties. Food & Beverage options with Live Cooking around the pool are available upon request. Ideal for Sundowner Parties!

If pool is not enough, make your stay even more fun full with Beach style Volley Ball. Volley ball court was built with national standard size. It can be easily converted to Shuttle court.

The 5000 sq ft lush green lawn makes it ideal to host Sangeet & Mehndi events for up to 30-40 people.

House Rules :

1. Check-in : 1pm and Checkout : 11am. Additional charges for late checkout.
2. Maximum Number of Guests - 12. Additional guests will be charged.
3. Music sound system should be low after 10:00 PM.
4. Strictly Hookah is not allowed. You will be charged Rs.5000 for smoking.
5. No illegal activities allowed on the farm house property.
6. No smoking inside the villa. You will be charged Rs.5000 for Smoking inside Villa.
7. Alcohol should be within allowed limits by Telangana state.
8. Any kind of damage to the property during the stay will be charged to the guest.
9. Strictly guests with age below 21 are not allowed without adult supervision.
10. Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed on the farm house property.
