Cozy 1+1 Apartment in the center of Alanya in a new house, 3 min walk to the Beach, with new furniture and all kitchen and bed appliances, desktop and office arm chair for remote work. All the infrastructure is nearby - supermarkets, various cafes, restaurants and shop centers. The house has a gym, a swimming pool, a roof with sun beds, a jacuzzi, a BBQ and a magnificent view to the sea and mountains.
