A tiny home situation 10 minutes to Thornbury and 10 minutes to Meaford, nestled a country/residential area. The tiny house has all the basic comforts including spacious 3 piece bathroom. Close drive to beaches and many hikes and cross country ski trails in the area. It is also a 15 minute drive from Beaver Valley Ski Club and a number of different cideries. Shared pool available for the summer months with possibilities of covid restrictions.

The space
This space is located in a country residential area. Parking is on the left at the main house (where host lives). It is a 1 minute walk from parking. The bunkie is close to main house - while still maintaining a lot of space between. We do have neighbours - the horses are about 2 acres away, and the other neighbor is an acre away with a forest line in between. To the left is farmland and then the escarpment.

Where you’ll be

Meaford, Ontario, Canada

Griersville is country residential. The tiny house is 200 m from the main house. It is an acre away from one neighbor, separated by a tree line. The other neighbor (who has three horses) is 2 or 3 acres away. On the left is farmland and then a view of the escarpment.

It is also important to note that because we're on the escarpment, we can get some pretty intense winds/weather up here. Perfect for a good hunker in.

We also have farm land around us so once or twice a year manure is laid.

During your stay

I have had guests that I've seen and chatted with and quieter guests who I haven't even seen who prefer to keep to themselves. I am always interested in a chat so please don't hesitate to ask!
