Wailuku Town close to local bars and restaurants. CLEAN modern affordable space in Wailuku Town. Central Maui location that is approx. 8 to 12 minutes from the airport. If you are looking for an air conditioned, high speed WiFi connected CLEAN affordable central Maui LOCAL location then this is it. Most of our guests are budget travelers, work remotely, visiting Kama'aina family from the outer islands. Not a resort. We are discounting these newly Remodeled studios because we are currently remodeling the 1st floor, exterior area and parking area.
