The PDA is a European style 2-storey luminous waterfront apartment with a unique architecture. The bedroom-living area has a romantic clawfoot tub (no shower) & a spectacular view of the river below.

We are located directly on the P'tit Train du Nord & a few minutes walk to the village centre for grocery store, cafés, restaurants, art galleries, skating rink. Use our FREE passes ($68 value) at the Val-David-Val-Morin Regional Park for hiking, x-country skiing & snowshoeing!

The space
The PDA (Parc des Amoureux) is a cozy, quiet, romantic space facing the park which bears its name. The apartment is flooded with sunlight through its many windows, glass walls unique architecture. Its modest kitchenette is perfect for heating meals and cooking simple dishes. A perfect spot for cocooning and to truly get away from it all!

Near the house you can also go canoeing or kayaking in the summer and ice skating in the winter. Whatever the activity, the fresh air and unforgettable views are priceless!

Welcoming tourists since 1990, the PDA is 1 of 3 fully furnished apartments at Maison de la Bavière. Our mission is to provide the possibility of prolonged comfortable, economical stays in the Laurentians - much like having your own chalet!

To fully appreciate the area and beautiful landscape, we offer free passes to the Val-David-Val-Morin Regional park. Its walking distance from us and offers 60km of hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking and x-country ski trails for all levels. Its also the birthplace of rock climbing in Quebec.

Or take a 5 minute walk to the heart of Val-David, and its dynamic community village life. (farmer's market, cafes, art expositions & restos)

We are located next to the romantic pedestrian foot bridge at the edge of Le Parc des Amoureux (or ¨Lover's Park¨ in English) a few steps away from the skating rink. We are walking distance from everything, grocery store, pharmacy, park, cafés, restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, etc.
