This house is a 5-minute walk to beach, the heated pool is open mid-April through October, the 8-person hot tub is open year round.

Enjoy the 4 adult bikes, 6 beach chairs and a large yard on side of house great for kids and pets. The shopping restaurant area, and Congress Hall are less than a mile up the road.

We are also pet friendly (for an extra pet fee for the cleaners).

The space
Every bedroom has a private bathroom.

Kitchen is large and open with lots of counter seating. Large outdoor gas grill just outside the kitchen door. Dining table seats 10 people, island bar seats 6.

Sitting room also fits a cozy group of 6-8 people and has fireplace. TV room and also good play area for kids. We have books, games, and outdoor front porch and screened in porch with outdoor television.

The wet bar ice machine generates 50lb of ice per day for your cocktails and iced drinks.
