This lovely house is an authentic beauty. The extensive ‘700 building benefits from plenty of sunlight and overlooks a spacious garden with well-established trees and a tennis court. Ideal for families or groups who like to spend their holidays in the countryside. On the ground floor, a large veranda welcomes guests whatever the season. Just a short walk away from the villa is the "Frasca San Nicola", a restaurant offering excellent Italian cuisine in the Bergamo tradition located in a unique setting: the Cloister of the former Convent of St. Nicholas, inhabited once upon a time by Augustinian monks, and part of the Church of Our Lady of Consolation. It is a perfect example of Romanesque architecture, containing a rare and perfectly preserved example of an Antegnati organ.
Furthermore, the cellars of the former convent still produce Lurani Cernuschi wine, and guests can participate in wine tasting and learn about the vineyard’s details and history. Indeed, it feels like stepping back in time to the 1400s to stroll along the ancient Contrada della Porta to the vineyards!

Mio marito Lorenzo ed io abitiamo a Milano, con i nostri 3 figli e la nostra golden retriever Noce. Abbiamo sempre viaggiato molto, prima in moto, poi, con l'arrivo dei figli, con il nostro pulmino Volkswagen. Il senso di vacanza e di liberta' dei viaggi itineranti ci piace moltissimo.
Abbiamo visitato l'Europa in lungo e in largo, ma i nostri luoghi preferiti restano i Paesi Scandinavi e l'Irlanda.
Sappiamo quanto essere accolti con calore e disponibilita' sia importante per chi viaggia.
