House is located in downtown Warsaw, just a block off of Main Street, where everything Warsaw is located (see below for more information). Drake Harbor is in walking distance, along with the wonderful hike, bike, & walking trails along the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks & Lay Park. There's plenty of room for you in our 4-5 Bedroom/3 bath home. We have plenty of parking, an enclosed sunroom, & plenty of space to spread out! The space
Historic Drake House, the home for whom the Drake Harbor is named, with lots of extra features. You are walking distance to everything in downtown Warsaw, the water, the hike/bike/walk trails, the Army Corps parks, the city pool, and so much more. The sunrises and sunsets from this home are some of the most amazing you will ever see. In the fall, it is the most beautiful house with every shade of fall leaves you can imagine!

The house is known as The Drake House and was home to the mayor of Warsaw and for whom the Harbor is named after. They owned Drake's Store on Main Street, he served as Mayor of Warsaw from 1966-1986, was instrumental in the building of Truman Dam, and so much more. The home is walking distance to all things Downtown Warsaw: The Benton County Museum, Swinging Bridge, City Hall, numerous antique stores, wonderful restaurants, Drake Harbor (where you can put your boat in the water, take a stroll along the Steamboat Landing Boardwalk, play on the playground, enjoy some many weekend happenings at the horseshoe pits, picnic area, playground, fishing areas, Osage Amphitheater, and many more), Truman Lake Mountain Bike & Hiking Park, M. K. White Park, Lay Park, Truman Lake Army Corp of Engineers area, East Bledsoe Ferry, and so much more.
