Where you’ll be

Storwood, England, United Kingdom

"Our property is situated in the hamlet of Storwood (old name Storthwaite “the clearing in the wood”) and our property benefits from many mature oak trees and an adjacent private wood. It is just 2 miles for the village of East Cottingwith, both of which are mentioned in the Domesday Book. East Cottingwith is an excellent place to begin exploring the Derwent Ings, as it is where the River Derwent meets the Pocklington Canal. Nestled in the spectacular Yorkshire Wolds, Pocklington, a historic market town, makes a delightful destination for essential supplies and place to visit. Pocklington includes attraction such as Burnby Hall Gardens, Pocklington arts centre."
