This beautiful beach cottage is just a 5 minute walk to the endless white sand beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your serene vacation with the best Panama City Beach has to offer. You'll fall in love with this newly renovated two bedroom, two bath beach cottage within the gated community of Venture Out. While visiting, you can enjoy our golf cart and all of the amenities of the resort - pool, pier, putt putt, shuffleboard, playground, tennis courts and basketball court.

The space
Our beach cottage was recently remodeled thanks to Hurricane Michael. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps four with two queen beds. There is also a laundry room and an outdoor shower available for guests' use. We leave beach toys, rafts, boogie boards, tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for guests who don't want to bring it all from home. Enjoy our golf cart for hauling your items to the beach or one of the two resort pools!

Please note: all guests will be charged a resort amenities fee (includes one vehicle) upon entry into Venture Out. This is above and beyond the advertised Airbnb amount.

Registration Fees for short-term rentals (less than a month) will be as follows:
Pre-Arrival: $65 (if you register at least 48 hours in advance of your stay) per booking (includes 1 vehicle security pass)
On-Arrival: (if you register on the day of your arrival at the resort) $75 per booking (includes 1 vehicle security pass)
Additional security pass for an extra vehicle: $75 (maximum 2 per unit)
Additional motorcycle/scooter security pass $ 20
These fees will be paid directly to the resort upon entry and is a separate fee from the nightly charge, service charge or taxes from Airbnb. Please plan to pay these fees above and beyond what is charged when booking the beach cottage.

All linens (sheets, bath towels, dish towels etc.) will be provided. Guest must supply their own beach towels. We will also provide beach chairs (you must take to beach), beach toys, cooler, and beach umbrella for guests' use. You can use the golf cart to carry it down to the beach! Golf cart should not be taken off of Venture Out property as it is not street legal.

No refunds will be given due to weather unless our location is under evacuation orders. We would recommend you purchase trip insurance to cover any unexpected illness or travel difficulties during your trip.

Venture Out is a gated community at the quiet end of Thomas Drive. The property borders St. Andrews State Park, the beach, and the bay on three sides. There is plenty to do all around you! It's the perfect place for a romantic get away or a family vacation.
