The Av Constituentes, which is next to the condominium, is one of the main avenues of Playa del Carmen, and marks practically the center of the city.
Typical Mexican restaurant just across the street, laundry just a few steps away, healthy food, organics store, all within walking distance.
They don't need a car to get around, everything is within walking distance, including the supermarket, or consumer centers. Walking along the same avenue they go out to the sea, walking to the left they arrive at one of the most famous inns in Playa "Mamitas".
It is a very safe area and above all accessible to go out to the road, and to get walking practically everywhere.
