Located at a prime location in the heart of Wanaka, this iconic, Kiwi-style holiday home offers views over Lake Wanaka and its surrounding mountains.

The space
As you head up the steps to the gate you will be welcomed by a rose scented garden. The property is fenced ensuring privacy and added security for the younger ones to run around. In the garden you will find an outdoor dining table and Webber bbq. Relax on the deck and soak up the incredible views and afternoon sun.

Enter into a relaxing lounge featuring a large sofa and log burner. The family will surely enjoy unlimited high speed WIFI, Freeview, SONOS Bluetooth speaker, Apple TV and an abundance of board games. New heatpump installed and heaters in all bedrooms.

More amazing views from the master bedroom which opens directly onto balcony. Two more rooms have gorgeous garden views. The bathroom features a large bath and shower and toilet is separate.

Guests have use of the garage for storing bikes, ski gear and water sports gear.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 compostable bin liners and laundry powder. We are plastic bag free and use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels.

If a Guest’s booking is disrupted due to government mandated travel restrictions related to Covid-19, we will issue a refund less $100 administration fee. International border closures are currently not covered by this policy. This policy does not apply to Booking.com non-refundable reservations. We highly recommend travel insurance.

Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation.
