The space
This penthouse offers the best in style and quality. With area of 155 m2, it has a spacious living room with high ceiling and chandelier. It is located at the first floor with private pool and big garden where families and friends can gather.

It has 2 bedroom with 8 people can sleep nicely without extra bed/sofa. Second bed on main bedroom only will be opened when booking is more than 6 guests(with extra charge). Extra beds only provided for booking more than 8 guests.

This unit is best suited for 6-8 guests although we do understand if you are travelling with big group or family you would rather stay in one unit. We can help to prepare the extra beds for up to maximum 10 guests. It goes without saying this might be less comfortable for some.

For maximum comfort if you travel with big group please book at least 2 units as we have many listings that you can check on our profile. Please put the right mumber of people so we can prepare the unit accordingly. You can review the Sleeping Arrangements for the details.

During your stay

This penthouse is set up so you can self check in. Thereore you can be flexible for check in. You can message or call us if you need anything, however since we live very far from the apartment we may not be able to meet and greet you every time. In case of emergency, there is 24 hr lobby for everything you need.

Alteration request will only be accepted ONE time and 7 days before the original booking date.

If you book our unit for someone else, it is important to make sure they know the house rules and check in instructions. Since the instructions can only be opened on airbnb account that booked the unit, you will have to pass or photo capture all the steps.

Please respect the check in / check out schedule. We will only give the code on the booking day after the unit is ready on airbnb message only.

Guest counted at any given time, that means you cannot say some of guest coming aren't staying, we're counting all of them. We have cctv all around the building and in front of the main entrance of the unit. You have to report them all and pay as guest too, even if they aren't staying.
