Casa Garza is a charming apartment, located in the south of the island, so we enjoy the best weather. Ideally located, it is a 6-minute walk from the beach, pedestrian waterfront and a dining area. We're about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is an ancient building and this is what has allowed its excellent location and character.
It's ideal for relaxing and doing nothing and for using it as a base for touring this beautiful island.

The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a barbecue, lounge and large furnished private terrace.
In Margaritas 34 there are 4 apartments and Casa Garza is one. There is a mix of residential and vacation and together we form a community of nice and close neighbors.
The building is old. The complex itself was one of the first to be built in Playa Blanca, making it so well located and easily accessible by foot or car to anything you might need.
It has a garden that surrounds it with some trees and there is nothing built in front of it.

The area is quiet. The street has no exit so there is no traffic. The complex consists of houses all independent and with garden. It is far enough away from the village to be quiet, but without being on the outskirts, which is convenient walking access.
