Located center of town, one bedroom house. 1/4 unfinished basement with washer/dryer. Upstairs has all been refinished (unprofessionally) by me, lol , Recently replaced bedroom, living room, dining room with all new carpet. It's overall a good solid little house. A real nice queen sized bed, dresser, small dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed in living room makes into a full sized mattress. Not fancy, just clean comfortable and quiet. Small 32"TV, FREE 155 channels, DirectTV. Netflix Wi-fi.

Furnished with, electric cook stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, gas wall furnaced for heat, window air conditioner for cool, washer and dryer in basement, NO SHOWER, just a clawfoot tub with a flexible handheld showerhead for rinsing. Small smart TV, FREE AT&TSatellite, 155 Channels, WI-FI, FREE NETFLIX.

This rental is nicely furnished so we thought we should offer it here on Airbnb. Our Hobbies include coyote hunting, fishing, billiards, and now grandchildren!!!
