Always clean and ready. Private two bedroom ground floor unit with neighbors on the floor above. The second bedroom can be offered to groups of 3 or 4 guests. Couples wanting separate bedrooms can choose 3 persons on their reservation. The style is Minimalist and Modern. Located in a nature hillside setting, peaceful, with free parking. We have strong wi-fi, and a patio balcony with a view. The G Lounge feels like a private accommodation, due to the hosts having full time hectic work schedules. We are available 24/7 by phone or text to address any on-site problems, or to give advice on things to do and places to see around Santa Barbara!

The G Lounge is pleasantly located in the foothills between Santa Barbara and Goleta, offering open views from the bedrooms and living room. It feels like a country setting, although it is only a quick 6 mile drive or Uber to downtown Santa Barbara, the waterfront, and the Funk Zone's urban wine trail. It is also close to the More Mesa Preserve offering beach access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area.

We instantly fell in love with Santa Barbara’s lifestyle. Over the years, we’ve become specialists in local “Joie de Vivre”. Happy to share our tips and recommendations with you!

We spend our days mostly designing , renovating, swimming, exercising, or relaxing in the Wine Country with friends and visiting guests. As local hosts, we enjoy meeting like minded travelers from various backgrounds and cultures, who also appreciate design and minimalist spaces. We speak fluent French, Italian, English, and Spanish.

We love and care for our listings meticulously. We expect the same from our guests. Most importantly, we pay special attention to ensure constant respect to our neighbors and surroundings is upheld. Hospitality is our pride and joy. We ensure that all legal ordinances and regulations are met at all times by everyone. Our properties underwent major renovations, uniquely designed by our own hands. Interior styling is inspired from our favorite coastal boutique hotels, combined with an urban touch. We are proud minimalists who firmly believe "Less is More"!

Monica and I love to host! Even though our work lives keep us extremely busy, we are always available by phone, text or email. We are mostly away from home during regular office working hours and don't return until after we're done with our work-outs at the Athletic Club or social engagements. We value guests who communicate clearly and frequently to facilitate planning and to ensure a smooth stay with no surprises. We usually exchange via AirBnB emails, text or iMessage. We can also use other commonly known platforms as needed for our International visitors who may not have access to data at certain times.
