If you want to get the real feeling of Vienna, this is the flat for you. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the city center, only a 3min walk to the Metro station of the U3 line with which you can reach many of Viennas Highlights (Stephans Cathedral...) within 10-15min. The apartment was recently renovated with a modern flair, while the house and the neighborhood is in classic historic architecture. Cafes, Restaurants, Supermarkets and shops are all close by.

The space
This little basic studio (about 30 squaremeter) has one main room with a bed, a couch/sofabed, a table and four chairs, a wardrobe, a small kitchen in the entrance room and a bath room with a bathtub. It is located on the second floor (the building has an elevator).
There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement that can be used free of charge.
The apartment has a digital tv with netflix, amazon prime and various channels free of charge as well :)

The third district was established around 1850 and is one of the inner districts. Some highlights are the Belvedere (Castle, museum and garden, UNESCO world heritage) and the Hundertwasser Haus. Also only a 10min walk away is the Prater, a huge recreation park area with a long avenue of trees and a also a very old and famous amusement park.
The district has a lot of charme with many buildings from before 1950, it is close to the center while also being calm. Its also close the the motorway access, the airport is only about a 20min drive away.
