Our apartment is located in Ruby Tower which is part of Balikpapan Super Block (BSB), the greatest business center in Balikpapan. In this area you can easily find Sogo , XXI Cinema, food court , hyper-mart, Banking Center, Kids play station, farmacy, fitness center , Beauty center and other life support facilities. From this business center you will just need about 10 minutes to reach Balikpapan International airport and either Semayang sea port .

This property is located at the 15th floor of Ruby Tower Apartment with a beautiful sea view facing to Makassar strait .
